a boy whos fingers resemble those of the lord of the rings triliogy character gollum. a person whos hands are so covered in grime and grease that his or her fingers are discolored and disgusting. usually occurs when a person eats cheetos and licks their fingers clean rather than cleaning them with soap and water, over time a layer of sh-t builds up and gollum fingers occur.
