1. someone who graduates from high school without honors or any other recognition (including sports, clubs, etc.)
2. anyone who graduates from a local small-town high school where any of the core subject programs are virtually non-existant.
3. a person who was perma-stoned throughout their high school career, and didn’t give a d-mn or learn anything, but still managed to graduate.
