Grapefruit Tree
a tall and/or exceedingly slender woman with no hips, a flat b-ttocks and large, protruding br–sts. grapefruit may be subst-tuted for any fruit that grows on a tree but which more closely approximates the size of the br–sts at hand (pun intended).
