gray-a

someone who identifies as as-xual, but occasionally experiences s-xual attraction. similar to demis-xual.
“d-mn, brett is really hot. i just want to sh-g him.”

the most common term used to refer to the gray area is “gray-a”. other terms that have been used for the gray area include “hypos-xual”, “demis-xual”, “semis-xual”, “low s-xual intensity”, “as-xual-ish” and “s-xual-ish”.
a “grey-ace” or people who identify as gray-a can include, but are not limited to those who:
1) do not normally experience s-xual attraction, but do experience it sometimes,

2) experience s-xual attraction, but a low s-x drive,

3) experience s-xual attraction and drive, but not strongly enough to want to act on them,

4) people who can enjoy and desire s-x, but only under very limited and specific circ-mstances
it is also sometimes mistaken as a medical dysfunction hsdd.
