an overly obnoxious noise used when an individual feels the need to be noticed by all within hearing distance, while also conveying that they are stressed. the grigh is a cross between a traditional grunt, and an attention seeking sigh.
“oh, no. i just heard him grigh. he must want us to ask why he is so stressed.”
