most specifically pointed at the older & aging generation upon more frequent and recurring joint and muscle pain. unlike kids “growing pains” which refer to aches and pains -ssociated with bone, joint and muscle growth.
typically occurs during the morning hours, within and post exercise and with more prolonged duration.
