to speak and voice an opinion that is uninformed and lacking substance and knowledge. someone who lacks education and common sense. mainly used on internet forums by “trolls”. someone who feels a need to speak but without making sense or takes gossip as truth. usually said person is unaware of common sense and lacks social skills.
yet again a guru’d comment. e.g. george washington is the current us president.
