one who is composed of two different racial backgrounds. for example, an individual who is half chinese, and half white would const-tute a “halfie”. “halfies” is generally used to refer to more than one biracial person.

a halfy is when a person gets as close to a complete -rg-sm as he/she can, and then gets distracted and/or turned off by his/her partner or something else, therefore losing the -rg-sm completely and is unable to regain it. the person has had “half” an -rg-sm, or a “halfy”.
an example of a halfy would be if a woman is climaxing and her boyfriend c-ms to soon,it could distracther from her own -rg-sm, even though it has already started, and she will lose it completely. she will only have felt the beginning of an -rg-sm and will be unsatisfied.
