a period of time in the christian calendar every year when christmas advertis-m-nts, music and themed stuff appears before halloween has happened. usually happens in predominantly christian countries that have forgotton the christian values. eg: ireland.
“did you hear that ad on the radio this morning for santa’s grotto?”
“what? it’s hallowistmas already? but it’s the 2nd of october!”
