a common issue in er rooms. when someone has been drinking to much, and starts to feel as though they are going to have a heart attack or some other major health fail. characterized by fast heartbeat , dizziness, etc.
dude i drank hard five days in a row, was at work started feeling like i was gonna have a heart attack. i just had major hangover anxiety .
