like hangry, only adding a hangover. the hangover somehow makes its intensity seem 100 fold.
not to be confused with hang grover, that annoying blue monster from sesame street getting what he deserves.

a hangover in which one is simultaneously hungry and angry or frustrated (from aforementioned hunger).
guy 1: “i hate you.”
guy 2: “you must have a mad hangover.”
