a happy gerber is when you take a sh-t on a pregnant woman’s stomach and make a smiley face out of your fecal matter. then you take a 20lb sledgehammer and bash the sh-t through her stomach and out the other side of her body. then you take the baby fetus and boil it in you urine which is later drank via coffee mug.
