a male member of the hat crew who treats girls with no respect, and hit it and quit it. they think that they are above everyone else, and act like a douche-bag all the time. hat crewers make scenes everywhere they go and are always loud and obnoxious. hat crewers can commonly be known wearing fitted hats (or being -ssociated with people who wear fitted hats), white t’s and or wife beaters, and always have fresh cuts. hat crewers are also know for being big par-tiers, and taking facebook photos of themselves with no shirts on.
