heart on sleeve
to not guard your heart, your true feelings and desires. your heart is now on your sleeve where anybody or anything can b-mp into it and break it. wearing your heart on your sleeve is not to be confused with genuineness or openness. it is a condition of weakness. (see iago in shakespeare)
