Hibster
a person who rejects the idea of harr-ssment, intimidation or bullying as either a perpetrator or a victim.
a person who in the past would bully others with no motivation other than to bully but now rejects the notion would be considered a hibster.
someone who refuses to be a victim of bullying would be considered a hibster.
the deaprtment of ed. uses the term hib to denote harr-ssment, intimiation and bullying.
