High Weather
high weather is called, “high weather” for a reason. this happens when so many californians spot pot (aka marijuana) and the smoke emissions from all the dope, travels through the wind currents and make mother-nature high. this event can happen wherever lots of weed is being smoked… an example of high weather is its sunny, then cloudy, then rainy, then sunny— in a span of an hour.
