popular icelandic slang witch is used when sombody is being a real jerk. the slang is originated from a town in northern iceland called akureyri.
“gee, he’s a real hlynur örn!” or “stop being such a hlynur örn.”
when said it doesn’t sound like two word but as one because of how fast it’s said sounds like “hlnrern”
