the act of ordering or asking for (politely/not politely) a diet soda, when received, the soda being normal.
cashier: what may i get you to drink with that?
customer: a diet c-ke please.
(2 minutes later with full order)
customer: aww man! he gave me a hoax c-ke. i am very uncomfortable.
