a person (who has a contagious make belief disease) who became a hoe all of a sudden. with the “disease”, they tend to hang out with people (or a person) they like/love in a somewhat s-xual way. they spend more time with them, other than their own friends who they used to hang out with on a regular basis.
herpina: hey derpina where you going? hey!! derpina where are you going?! you’re not gonna hang out with us afterschool again?!
derp: i think she has hoeitus..

herpina: -sniff sniff- whats that smell?!?!
friends: hhhoooeeee-iiittuuusssssss!!
