someone that either:
a. likes to incorporate as many vowels in one word as possible.
b. has a f-cked up speech impediment.
c. really likes attention or just simply has downz.

hoises is a term used to describe sounds commonly heard in the household (ie. “house noises”). some examples might include the drip of a leaky faucet, a creaking door, the pinging of a radiatior, or even the eternal moan of whatever restless spirit that may happen to reside there. older houses or buildings are usually more susceptible to hoises, but this isn’t always the case.
