the relationship between the distance of 2 vehicles when the occupants of one are trying to “holla” at the occupants of second vehicle.

to have maximum holla-bility, one vehicle must be in the lane closest to where the second vehicle is parked or is traveling and occupants have to be able to project their voices through music, with a loud “haiiiii”!
