alternate name for a faux-hawk as it’s often sported by gay guys.
jerry’s been rockin’ a h-m–hawk for a few too many years now. time to change it up.
maurice: geez, there’s way more guys sporting faux-hawks in the gay village!
claman: yeah, they call ’em h-m–hawks.
basically, it’s the same thing as a f-ghawk, only, pro’ly a bit more friendly on the ears and eyes.

when one gets his hair cut in a mohawk but can’t pull it off. also used by people trying to get attention. sometimes referred to as a fauxhawk, with the ‘f’ standing for f-g.
