the act of placing oneself in a public area and deliberately looking for a good-looking/attractive person with whom you would like to sleep with. usually this takes place in a car, club/bar, mall, or a nursing home(for the older folks/creepy fetish people/19 y/o girls in minnesota. its is usually a futile attempt to find a significant other and will usually end with a lowered ego and/or a police report for har-ssment.
