a term used primarily in pictou county, nova scotia. at first glance it would appear that the user of this term is showing some interest in another’s well being but this use couldn’t be anymore erroneous. the main purpose of asking this quetion is to elicit any negative occurances in another’s life to be later gossiped about by the community at large. to deter the negative intentions of this question all one must do is reply “not too bad” to avoid any further interrogation into their lives.
