what is said in response to someone giving a lengthy, unimportant description or commentary on a particular topic. this is usually said in an obnoxiously high pitched voice, particularly to sound as if you’re mocking the person.
“i had a really bad day at work today, i had to deal with so many annoying students and they were misbehaving all day”
{insert obnoxiously, high pitched voice}
“hoy yea?!…no one cares”
“yea i guess you’re right, no one does care.”
