it’s a southern ebonics term that means either “hair” or “here”… however when nelly came out with the song, “hot in here”, people everywhere started trying to talk with a southern accent, even if it didn’t sound right. this has died down but still today there are some people that try to talk this way; even if they don’t sound right.

hur is the way of saying “here” in what is known as half–ssed english. this is used by people with poor grammar skills and articulation who think what they say matters.
