a person who is so obliviously ignorant that they continue to be so, becoming a step above ignorant and or stupid]. mostly used to describe people who make bad decisions and continue to make another while ignoring the consequences setting aside the fact that it will and may prove to have a negative outcome towards their personal self and or others. otherwise known as someone who fail a lot in life.
remember when my mom kept yelling at me to get my stuff together and go to college but instead i partied and sat around till i got fired from all my jobs.

she gave away my stuff and kicked me out and told me to not come back without a degree. plus now i owe her rent.
