this is a shortened compounded version of hijo de puta, which literally translates to son of a wh-r-. ijueputa is said a lot in colombia as well as euphemisms such as ijuapucha or ijuemadre (the latter literally translating to son of a mother).
ijueputa is the equivalent of f-ck in the sense it is said by itself
