I’m fine
one of the biggest (white) lies anyone could say. the phrase can also be blended into a monosyllabic grunt so as to exert even less effort.
don’t worry about me; i’m fine.
1. the more polite way to say “no, get lost.”
2. the general response to any question asking how you are doing or feeling.

friend: are you ok? you look sad.
me: yeah -sigh- i’m fine.

sober guy: “sh-t dude you can’t even stand up”
drunk guy struggling to maintain his balance: “nah dude i’m fine, really i’m just fiiiiiine…”
“im fine” is something a person says when there sad and some on asks what wrong
“hey sam whats wrong, are u okay?!?!”
“im fine!!!!” sam says in a mad tone (but in a sad sort of way)
hurt, broken, im not okay please help me,
usally said to tell a lie when you fake a smile.
friend: are you okay
you: yeah, i’m fine
