Impedemaniac
a person or a group of people who either on purpose or unconsiously often impede the movements of others. also called impedemonger.
impedemaniacs are; people who stop and stand in doorways keeping others from p-ssing through, people who walk, jog or bycycle in the street instead of on the sidewalk or bikepath. people who stand around in a group on walkways, stairs, or in streets and parking lots. a person who will stand in front of the refrigerator, closet or cabinet when they know you will be needing an item from that place.
