“in tow” is a phrase that is used by mexicans with green cards to indicate that they are towing an old, scr-ppy vehicle to sell in mexico for very cheap. it is usually written on the back window of the said vehicle.
when i went to the gas station in louisiana, i saw some mexicans towing a ford ranger. on the back of the truck, it said “in tow”
