an incompetent person who has no mental disabilities yet still struggles with simple everyday tasks and has no common sense.
1. d-mn that kid who didn’t know that it took 9 months to create a baby was an incomp.
2. that incomp took forever to get ready when all he had to do was get dressed and walk downstairs.
