lack of training or lack of ability to learn the finer (or greater) details of how their software works.
lack of training or lack of ability to apply to concepts and methodologies of their product to a real world environment.
are unable to think outside the box
are unaware that they are even in “the box”
come in late due to being compelled to appear in court as a defendant
more often leave questions unanswered than not
may try and claim that under the laws of linear algebra 2+2=5
try to convince you that they know how to run your company better than you do
