an annoying delusional belief of greatness. usually -ssociated with a tendency to wear tight girl shirts and to walk in slow motion tight fisted, as if always flexing. also tendency to brag uncontrollably as if suffering from an annoying form of tourettes syndrome. an example would be bragging about a car or job to such extreme measures that listeners want to run off the nearest bridge rather than listen.
