Intellectually challenged
words that americans who believes in political correctness use to describe people they consider are less educated, brain damaged, with inferior genetics or from any other culture they judge inferior.
i want to provide services to disadvantaged people here in bariloche, argentina as i do in billings, montana, usa but a local woman suggested it would be more appropriate for me to go to the hospital and help folding bandages because people i was talking about would have the att-tude that i am there just to laugh a them. i consider people with the att-tude she described to be intellectually challenged. if the majority are of the victim mindset, i would not enjoy living in that area.
