when a guy is so h-rny that he gets surgery done to have his lower ribs removed so that he can give himself a bl-w j-b as no one else will. this originated in egypt when various forms of experimental s-xual practices were being tried out. it started as royal homage to the pharoahs as they had too many girls in their disposal, and s-xual involvement with girls and boys got monotonous, so this procedure was invented to make -rg-sm more interesting.
