much like a jack mormon who sometimes engages in drinking alcohol, caffeine and even premarital s-x – much to the disapproval of the church of jesus christ of latter day saints – a jack vegan is a vegan who every now and then cheats on his or her veganism by consuming dairy products such as cheese.
