jeff is a guy that is a dab 90% of the time. he enjoys putting himself into dangerous situations when he’s drunk and thinks he’s a lot cooler than he is. a jeff loves nickleback, screaming booyah, and “chillin with the bros”. this person can get along with everyone and always make you laugh, although he never smiles or shows any emotion himself until he’s ridiculously drunk and then thinks he can dance. the best thing about jeff is definitely rusty.
