doesnt have much meaning exept for the “c-ck” part. it is really funny if u sing a song, where u say “jibberc-ck” and then someone in the backround says “c-ck”.
i was bored during cl-ss so i just said “jibberc-ck” at random intervals so that my cl-ssmates cracked up.
