everone has been fooled by the black man in the retired police car. for example if your speeding though town and your buddy warns you “hey slow down there’s a cop” soon after, you notice the spinners and relize its nothing more than a black man in a retired police car. you would then say “thats not a cop, thats a jiggapo! this word was created by combining the jigga in jiggaboo and the po from popo, slang for cop.
