adjective. pertaining to something that would be approved as wholesome, clean, and acceptable by a certain personally conservative usc student who takes offense to the rampant s-xual innuendo.
nick touching another boy’s tongue with his tongue (probably while touching himself) is definitely not jimpropriate.
