1. a person inclined to relocate on a whim; someone who randomly moves or leaves town (a lot).
2. to suddenly be in a frantic state of making a new home elsewhere (usu. without reason).
3. a condition preventing someone from settling down.
origin: a slang term first coined in 2009 in connection with a blog that goes by the same name.
