tending to judge a woman based upon her physical appearance and/or personality while she is on the rag; (i.e. when she is bloated, acne-ridden, and generally angry at the world).
ex. 1:
jill: wow, jane’s kind of a b-tch, isn’t she?
mary: don’t be so judgmentstrual… when she’s not pmsing, she’s a real sweetheart.
ex. 2:
dan: i thought you said your girlfriend was crazy hot!
