Ka-Kaww
a combination of a verb and exclamation.
1. an expression of extreme happiness or excitement.
2. code word and expression used by a close knit clique of friends when something extremely bad or extremely good happens.

2a. cs1 just told us we had to stay late today, so by showing that we are p-ssed off in front of him, we say “ka-kaww, ka-kaww” while crossing our forearms in front of us and showing “west side” with both hands and waving them back and forth.
