slang for “to patent”, “to lock in”
the process of turning any word or phrase into a money making subject matter. since kale can be used as a term for money, particularly bills, to kaelify something is to turn something into a money making machine. the green and healthy qualities of any bill is reminiscent of the nutrient-riche vegetable.
the guy who created uber just wanted to make taxi’s more efficient. he kaelified that idea quick!
