Kaizo Block
an invisible coin block in the super mario series placed in order to prevent the player from completing a jump. used to great effect in kaizo mario world and other rom hacks. named for what you’d call the creator of the hack after triggering one of the blocks.
i was almost at the end of the stage when i jumped too late and got killed by the kaizo block.
