a karpo is usually defined as a specky goon and also has a fit mother. the weird part is that karpo’s also watch school children and usually are granted 6ft b-n-rs when children are spotted. this also leads to a thing called a pocket w-nk where the karpo will -j-c-l-t- into their own pocket.
there was a weird karpo c-nt outside my sister’s school.
