Katyn
a location now located in belarus, known for the m-ssacre undertaken in a forest nearby, through the soviets upon polish officers in 1940. they tried to accuse the germans for it. until boris jelzin stated the truth, it was officially forbidden in poland to say the soviets did it.
about 20000 poles have been murdered there, one by one. even more soviet citizens have been killed there. a few hundred meters away was a sanatorium for vacations of high ranking officials from the communistic parties. it was used frequently by stalin, before and after the m-ssacre.
near katyn is a forest.
