katzer is the dire necessity of someone to highlight an article they post for the informational benefit of his or her peers. this necessity is born from the posting party’s illogical and pompous belief that no one is as smart as he or she is and the article is useless in the hands of mentally inept people who will miss the thesis summation without direction of someone with superior brainpower.
