the reigon of southwest kentucky/ nortwest tennesee, including the the following counties:

kentucky counties:
trigg
christian
calloway
logan
lyon
todd

tennessee counties:
stewart
montgomery
robertson
sumner
cheatham

because in all honesty the two reigons/cultures are so intertwined and different from the rest of thier respective states that they make up a state in itself.
inhabitants are known as k-10ers (k-tenners or kentuckaseeans)
